For users who need an assessment of strengths and improvement needs, PSP conducts an assesment to form the basis for the Leadership Dashboard. Typically, 360 surveys are conducted online, while standardized tests can be conducted either online or in PSP offices.
Coaching sessions can help individuals accelerate improvement in their work performance. PSP’s coaching services can be provided in person, by telephone, or via email.
